Spinach Pasta

Recently, I started working a new show, and food in the main premise.  Although my time at home is few and far between, I’ve been inspired to conquer the kitchen once again.  The downside to the sudden excitement is the lack of ingredients in the kitchen.  Working seventeen-hour days doesn’t leave much time for grocery shopping.  The challenge today was lunch.

I found a stash of linguine pasta in the cupboard and a fairly fresh bunch of spinach.  Surely, I can put these two items together and create something great: Spinach Pasta.

Ingredients:

Butter
Cream Cheese
Swiss Cheese
Milk
Garlic
Italian Seasonings
Linguine Pasta
Spinach

As the pasta started to boil, I added the butter and cheeses to the double boiler – adding the milk and spices as it thicken.  After mixing the spinach with the cooked pasta (and a splash of olive oil) I poured the cream sauce into the pot.  BAM!  Spinach Pasta.

This meal took roughly 15-20 minutes, and was extremely tasty (3/5 stars).
