Once upon a time, I fell in love with food. The end. It’s that simple.
I enjoy consuming delicious dishes prepared by others, as well as dabbling with my own creations. Last night, my better half and I could not decide upon dinner. The logical resolution would be to embark on an Iron Chef style cook-off.
I wanted to use the knowledge and style of Bobby Flay and mix bold flavors of spice and sweet:
Honey infused Apple Parmesan Pasta with Spicy Pepper Flank Steak

My competition: White Wine Veggie Pasta with Toasted Nan

We’re still awaiting the results, but the viewer polls have the Veggie Pasta ahead based on colorful presentation.
